Please read these terms carefully before using Jersify or making any purchase on our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jersify (jersify.online), placing an order, or making a payment through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to make purchases on Jersify. By using this site you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Products & Descriptions

Jersify offers premium imported football jerseys and fan apparel. We strive to display products accurately, however:

  • Colours may slightly vary due to screen calibration differences.
  • All products are described as "fan edition / replica" unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Jersify does not claim any official affiliation with football clubs or governing bodies.
  • Sizes follow standard international charts — please refer to our size guide before ordering.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders placed on Jersify are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment Processing via Razorpay
All payments are securely processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service at razorpay.com/terms. Jersify does not store your card or banking details.
  • Accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (via Razorpay).
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email after successful payment.
  • In case of payment failure, no amount will be deducted. If debited, it will be reversed within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp after dispatch.
  • Jersify is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.
  • Delivery to remote pin codes may take additional time.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. In brief:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on jersify.online — including logos, images, design, and copy — is the property of Jersify and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jersify's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Note: Jersify sells fan/replica merchandise. We are not responsible for any restrictions on use imposed by third-party sporting bodies or organisations.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Jersify, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
